Very interesting. I'm sure the FoRS may be the fastest on the track compared to the competition. The Lancer Evolution is the only car on the list that has a proper AWD system with hydraulic clutches aiding the diffs. Amazingly, the same AYC system was around with the evo 6 in 1999.
Re: Cedia to Evo conversion. Hardest part is the rear. To do the 4wd conversion and to put on the rear fenders, both require welding works. Other than that, everything is bolt on bolt off parts. I myself have a CS lancer and have looked into this.
